This art piece is a Ansel Adams copy that I decided to paint. It is a monocromatic painting, I chose to use the hue blue and just added shade to it.
I selected different ar techniques while painting this art piece. I chose glazed wash, graded wash, dry brush, stamped texture, and a blow dryer to help speed up the process at some points during the work of the piece. These techniques enhance the painting because they can make certain features of the painting pop out and tell you what you see first.

This is a landscape painting is a place i like to go, there is feilds where I go occasionally. I decided to use a couple of techniques such as alcohol texture, stamped texture, dry brush technique, lifting wet watercolor, and flat wash. These enhance the art work by bringing out the sky and ground of the art piece.

Entree

The design process was kinda weird for me, I tend to do mostly straight lines so when it came to thinking about other shapes it was a little tough. I used the colors blue and yellow because I feel they compliment eachother since blue is the darkest cool hue and yellow is the brightest hue.
